Worldwide Gem & Jewelry, L.L.C. (WGJ) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Gem & Jewelry Exchange, L.L.C. (GJX) at The Hotel Arizona in downtown Tucson will host its show February 4 through February 9, 2009.

You may recognize The Hotel Arizona as the former location of another longtime show in Tucson and many of the exhibitors from that show be participating in the new WGJ Show and many will occupy the same booths that they have occupied for years.

WGJ, with 325 booths will feature exhibitors from around the world, exhibiting finished gemstones, jewelry, gem carvings and/or related lapidary equipment and packaging. Like it’s sister show, GJX, WGJ is a “wholesale to the trade only show".

Booth sizes and prices vary by location in the show, however all booths comes with one table, two chairs, wastebasket and company identification sign. Additional equipment may be rented from the exhibitor services kit, which is available to exhibitors prior to the show.

A pre-determined deposit is due at the time the contract is signed with the balance due September 1st. The booth fee is due in full on all contracts signed after September 1st.

We welcome applications from anyone wishing to participate in the WGJ Gem Show. An application may be obtained on this website, by phone at (520) 882-4200 or requested by fax at (520) 882-4203. If we are unable to fill your request for a booth, the application will be kept on file until such time as an appropriate booth becomes available.
